Exploratory composition of a partition - October 2019

For any business, branding is essential to communicate its values ​​and mission. This work consisted to develop and research  the granted client to know the journey, the mission, the objectives, the clientele as well as the company's image. Then, the second part is composed of a conceptual proposal for the display of the brand, name and logo of the client on a typical entrance area.

W Hotel Montreal

Combining the personality and style of a dynamic boutique and hotel with distinct service, W Hotels has created a whole new segment in the hospitality industry. Revolutionary design and major passions around fashion, music, design and fuel (W's unique style: eat well, exercise, look and feel good) pervade the experience. W's design work reflects the mindset of its audience: it is about taking risks and crossing boundaries.

Transformation
- Rotation on the vertical axis to create an incision on the quartz;
- Creation of an imprint on one half of the letter on the surface;
- Angular extrusion of the other half;
- Interesting shadow & light effect
